My name is Shea and I am a clothes hoarder. I purchased this dress last year and I just got around to wearing it. Can you believe I actually had the nerve to say that I needed new summer clothes a few weeks ago! Oh well, I guess my clothing addiction is ok as long as it’s sort of under control. I’m kidding myself right? Lol.
I’ve wanted a houndstooth dress ever since I saw Kim K. wear this Salvatore Ferragamo dress. I would still love a similar wrap dress but this is a great substitute for now. I hadn’t realized the dress was a boucle like material until I received but that ended up being a plus. Woven fabrics are usually too hot for the spring and summer but this sleeveless dress with it’s above the knee hem line kept me cool and cute.
Am I lame for owning a pair of slingback pumps? Every time I wear these I think of my grandma and how she use to wear her slingbacks to church. Of course grandmas didn’t’ have a hidden platform and they most certainly didn’t have a five inch heel but they were cute nonetheless.
