The ladies and I stepped out Friday evening to enjoy the Skyline Fashion Event which was held on the rooftop of the Viceroy Hotel at Club 50 and hosted by Phatechee.com. Despite the actual fashion show starting late I was really impressed with the designs that were presented. Swimsuit designer Natalya Toporova wowed the crowd with her beautiful two-pieces and monokinis. Below are a few of my favorites:
Carolina Benoit also presented her 2013 Spring/Summer ready to wear collection. While I loved all of her pieces, the finale dress was the show stopper for me. I love maxi dresses and I instantly fell in love with the simplicity of the black and white design. While most people wouldn't wear white after labor day, I don't that think that rule applies to Miami fashionistas!

My good friend Marisha and I. We have the same birthday, one year apart, you guys wouldn't believe how much alike we are. I always have to ask her what she is wearing when we go out so we don't inadvertently dress alike!

My pleated layered maxi dress from Forever 21 was perfect for the evening. I had been holding on to this beauty for a couple of months and finally decided a rooftop fashion show would be perfect. I always second guess myself when it comes to getting dress to go out but I was completely comfortable all night. My nude Jessica Simpson Endo sandals completed my outfit perfectly.
