I'm Back....with lots of pics!

I missed you guys! Never will I go out of town without my laptop again. I couldn't figure out how to use the mobile posting...grrrrrr! I had a fantastic vacation with my family and friends. I ate too much, drank too much and spent too much money, but it was great lol. I took a ton of pictures...I'm not going to bombard you guys with all of them at once, so I'll get straight to the good stuff. I had my 30th Birthday Dinner at Negril Village in Manhattan. The food was fantastic and I love the atmosphere. I had a great time with my family and friends, and I was so thankful for everyone that came out to celebrate with me, I am truly blessed.

Almost Back...

Hey ladies,

I miss you guys! I have been on vacay in NYC celebrating my 30th birthday with my family. I have so much to show and tell you guys. I will be back to regular posting on Monday.

Me and Chase

I love strips and I need more in my wardrobe. I've had this sweater dress since 2005 and I still love it and it still fits, yes! I was late this morning. Which means I usually grab something that's easy to put together, which always ends up being a dress.

So I took a pic with my furbaby Chase, she insisted today, lol. Maybe I can get her to put on an outfit. She hates clothes so that's definitely going to be a challenge.

Fashion Fancy: Kelly Rowland

OMG! Kelly Roland has it all the way turned up! She has been killing it during NY Fashion Week. She has stood out (to me anyway) amongst all the celebs. I love her new hairstyle...I have always preferred her with shorter hair. Her makeup has been flawless...smh, she is killing it seriously! Don't get me wrong I have always loved Kelly's style but recently she seems to have come into her own, if that makes sense. What do you ladies think of Ms. Kelly's recent looks?

Diamonds are a girls bestfriend

I'm preppy chic today. Since my cardigan had rhinestone buttons on it I decided to go all the way. I added my heart shaped faux diamond earrings, and my new cocktail ring I just bought from Forever 21. It's big, gaudy, and sparkly...I love it! I also just realized my nails match the flowers on cardigan! Not a bad outfit for a Monday, lol.

I love these shoes, they are super sexy and sky high...I can only last 8 hours in these suckers, beauty is pain.

Uncertain...

This was my potential casual Friday outfit...I wasn't too sure about it so I texted a pic to my friend Drizzy Thursday night...#epicfail, lol. He said it made me look big =( I didn't care because I loved the look and wanted to rock it at work.

Regardless of what Drizzy thought I got up Friday morning and took my outfit pics. I changed my mind at the very last minute after I previewed the pics I took. Maybe it was just my insecurities playing on me and I gave in to them. I changed my clothes at the last minute. Maybe if the strips were horizontal the skirt would look more slimming. Which one is suppose to make you look fat, vertical or horizontal stripes?

I decided to post the pics anyway because not all my outfits are gonna be fabulous and I have my insecurities just like everyone else. What do you ladies think...Yea or Nay?

I just read The Fashionista Next Door and saw her post about her maxi skirt...will any of you ladies be trying this trend?

Labor Day Weekend

I had a fabulous Labor Day weekend, my friend Tasha came down from VA. We hung out, shopped and drank lots of wine! It was a nice getaway for her since she is a wife and mom of three. I'm crazy late with this post but I had to cram for a test after she left Monday that I was taking Tuesday evening...smh. I kept it pretty much casual all weekend.
