I know, I know...but for me this a better alternative then taking a daily fiber supplement. I hated it at first but the taste grew on me. I drink it every other day to keep everything in check, lol.

I am definitely not a sneaker head by far, but a friend of mines collects Jordan's and SB's. I guess I have come to appreciate a whole new world I knew nothing about.
